Refund, cancellation and withdrawal policy

14-day withdrawal
You may withdraw from the Founding Member service within 14 days of purchase. Angular Space will cancel the subscription, deactivate the registry account and refund the €59 Founding Member payment. This voluntary wording does not restrict any broader mandatory rights that apply to you.
Immediate onboarding
At checkout you can request immediate access to onboarding. Starting onboarding does not remove the 14-day refund described above.
Automatic renewal
The €59 founder payment includes three months from actual profile activation; manual review time does not reduce that period. Unless cancelled, activation then renews automatically for €19 every three months using the payment method saved by Paddle. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge and does not carry a cancellation fee.
After 14 days
After the withdrawal period, payments are generally not refundable once the relevant service period has begun, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or Angular Space cannot deliver the purchased registry service. This does not affect rights concerning a service that is defective or not supplied as agreed.
How to cancel
Members can cancel future renewal through the Paddle customer portal in their dashboard. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction. To exercise a withdrawal right, use the online withdrawal function or email daniel.glejzner@gmail.com.
