Angular Space Talent Terms and Conditions

1. The service you purchase

Angular Space operates a private registry for Angular professionals. The €59 Founding Member purchase includes a private member account, immediate onboarding access, human profile review and the first three months of profile activation. Activation follows completion of truthful onboarding information and any reasonable corrections requested during manual review.

Payments are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the merchant of record and authorised reseller of this service. Paddle appears as the seller on your payment statement, issues your receipt or invoice, is responsible for collecting applicable VAT, and handles payment queries and card disputes. Angular Space remains responsible for providing the registry service described in these Terms.

2. Automatic quarterly renewal

The Founding Member purchase creates a subscription. The included activation period begins when Angular Space activates the completed profile; manual review time does not reduce it. Three months after activation, profile activation renews automatically for €19 every three months using the payment method saved with Paddle. You may cancel before the next charge without a cancellation fee. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the already-paid or included period.

3. No employment or opportunity promise

The payment purchases registry onboarding, review and activation. It does not purchase or guarantee an introduction, interview, job offer, employment, contract, placement, compensation or exemption from a hiring organisation's own assessment and recruitment process. Matching depends on independent private hiring demand and suitability.

4. Activation promise and member responsibilities

Angular Space will activate a completed profile after manual review. Members must provide accurate professional information, respond to reasonable correction requests, keep their account secure, upload only documents they may lawfully provide and avoid abusive or misleading use. Fraud, material misrepresentation or unlawful use may result in suspension or termination and an appropriate refund decision consistent with applicable law.

5. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

The Refund, cancellation and withdrawal policy forms part of these Terms. Consumers may use the online withdrawal function. Future automatic renewal can be cancelled through the Paddle customer portal, reachable from the member dashboard.

6. Optional services

Seniority assessments, certificates and other add-ons are separate products with their own displayed prices and terms. They are not included in the Founding Member purchase unless explicitly stated at checkout.

7. Privacy and activity evidence

Personal information is processed as described in the Angular Space Talent Privacy Notice. Member identity and contact details are not publicly searchable. Versioned purchase acknowledgements and meaningful service activity are recorded to operate the contract, prevent fraud and resolve payment disputes.

8. Complaints and support

Questions, cancellation requests and complaints may be sent to daniel.glejzner@gmail.com. Contact Angular Space before opening a bank dispute so the payment or service problem can be investigated promptly. This request does not restrict your right to contact your bank or exercise mandatory consumer rights.

9. Availability and changes

Angular Space may make proportionate changes needed to operate, secure or improve the registry. A material change to price, renewal or paid service scope will be communicated before it applies. Existing mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
